Perfect for Cedar Point, Sports Force, Beach Vacations!!

Located on the peninsula just a few miles down the road from Cedar Point Amusement Park. This spacious home has a gorgeous private beach, a large yard, and paved bulkhead great for relaxing, sunbathing, and fishing.

The home features two large family rooms, one on each level, and four bedrooms and four baths. The family rooms and master bedrooms have cable television. The downstairs family room has a connecting full bath and wet bar with a side by side refrigerator.

There are two primary bedrooms with king beds each with a private bath. The upstairs primary bedroom also has an outdoor deck. The other primary is on the lower level. The two additional bedrooms share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. One bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom four has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a twin bed and a crib.

The large patio with a table and natural gas stainless steel barbeque is a comfortable place to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The GLASS HOUSE was designed by an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW). It is a UNIQUE example of his classic architecture and use of 'core' living space. The Mid-Centruy Modern furniture and the classic design with large picture windows across the front and rear of the Glass House make it a wonderful location for vacationers to enjoy unobstructed views of both Lake Erie and Sandusky Bay. The mahogany wood walls and interior finish with cedar ceilings are exceptional example of FLW's style and simplicity. The front deck provides a panoramic view of the lake for relaxing.

An OPEN living area, kitchen, dining area, and two decks along with two "master" bedrooms with baths are located on the upper floor. The Lower Level has three bedrooms and kids' family room with a second TV for more versatility in entertainment. One of these bedrooms has a king bed, while the other two each have two twin beds. The kids' family room features a small kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator for entertaining on the brick patio in the back.

Recent improvements include new hardwood flooring on main level, new furniture, bedding, flat screen TV. Internet is provided with WiFi in the house.

For your outdoor enjoyment a boccie ball set, a croquet set, 12 outdoor chairs, 3 picnic tables, and 3 umbrellas are available. Beach toys are stored in the shed. The patio furniture allow the full use of the outside rear yard, and there is ample area for children and games. There are also 2 picnic tables at the bay beach.

The view of the water and beach will allow your family to enjoy a unique experience on Lake Erie. Don't forget the islands. You will be limited only by your time and your creativity in enjoying the area.

This house is located on the peninsula and approximately 3 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park and 2 miles from Sports Force. The property has wonderful views of Lake Erie and Sandusky Bay (a deck at the end of the lane provides a nice place to enjoy fishing and sunsets over the bay) where you could enjoy fishing.

Cedar Points public beach is a great place to enjoy swimming, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and parasailing.

This two story home features a wall of sliding glass doors on the second floor to provide stunning morning views of Lake Erie. There is a large family room on the upper and lower level both with 42 inch TVs. The upper master bedroom has a king bed and shares a full bath with Tub. The first floor master has a private bathroom and a queen bed. The second floor has an additional bedroom with four twin beds a full bathroom and a second family room.

There are two decks on which you can enjoy your meals, drinks, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a gas grille on the deck right outside the kitchen patio door.

The kitchen is well-equipped. Linens for bedrooms and baths are provided for your use.
